Returns and Exchange

Nous n'acceptons pas les retours ou changements des pointures en dehors de la France.

1. Size changes are only allowed in France.

2. Send the shoes in the same condition as they were received (unused) along with your Packing Slip.

3. If the shoes were sent in a shoe box or dust bag, return the shoes  in the same shoe box or bag.

4. Send a shipment voucher with tracking number to [email protected].

5. You will receive the Return Shipment Address by email.

6. Only one size change per order is allowed.

7. The cost of shipping the footwear back to our address, is at the Customer's Expense.

8. Items bought on "Sale" or with a promotional price, cannot be returned or exchanged.
